I think everyone agrees here. But if you do look at the extent we go to to pack your items, I think it's rightful to say we're not liable for damages from couriers. However, should you approach us nicely, we're more than happy to offer replacements and vouchers for compensation should something happen to your items in transit.

After quite a bit of convincing from G's mom, she's taken in an apprentice to train. Starting from January, up until she leaves on April 28th. All trade secrets and production techniques will be taught as necessary.
Meet MT!
MT is G's aunt, former quality control officer from Jag, the jeans company. If there was one thing she did not need to be taught, it's paying attention to quality. G's quickly learning that she also does not need to be taught speedy production. 2 months into training and she's pretty much surpassed G in terms of efficiency.MT will handle production while G still handles the business as a whole: releases, release dates, designs, etc. Mane will still be answering DMs and updating the masterlists.The only real difference buyers will be feeling is the lack of a readily available shopee store where you can order journals and photocards whenever you please. The shopee store will only be open for 1 week each month, closed for the rest. Items will be for preorder for 20+ days.No need to panic buy. We'll be pumping out binder batches every month, and new designs every 2 months or so.The team is looking forward to still serving you. Thank you for your unwavering support.

Man, we wish we didn't need a section as comprehensive as this about binders being damaged.

We have a pretty low damage rate.100% of the damages are from Shopee checkout.
For reference: Batch 3's ratio is 3:300.
That's 3 out of 300 binders arriving with some sort of issue.
Please do understand, we pack our binders very well. We would never send out binders even short of being in 10/10 condition. 98% of the time, binders arrive undamaged. Minsan lang talaga, natataong nasisira yung iba.
ANY AND ALL DAMAGES THAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BINDER ARE 100% THE FAULT OF THE COURIER.
As with 90% of shop policies, we are not liable for any damages incurred during transit.However, see if you're entitled to partial compensation here.
SHOPEE CHECKOUTS ARE NO LONGER ENTITLED TO REPLACEMENTS, ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS.
This is in line with us not being able to get any form of compensation from J&T (c/o Shopee) due to the checkout listing being only PHP15.This is also mentioned in checkout emails. Once you decide to check out via Shopee, your replacement/refund insurance is moved down to "light damage" regardless of the actual damage to your binder/s.

If your box arrives like this, it's a pretty gnarly and alarming sight. Though, the binder inside this box was absolutely fine. That's testament to how we package your binders, and how our packaging methods are absolutely sufficient.
Standard binder packaging
This is how we typically package binders, which we find quite effective, but not for locations in Cavite, Bulacan and Caloocan. Strangely enough, this packaging style is a-okay for 99% of Visayas/Mindanao areas. This only means J&T hubs in the mentioned areas are rougher.We use single wall 1.5mm E-flute cardboard to make the inside support. The entire binder is held in place this way by a sheet of glassine. This is wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, then boxed. This packaging costs PHP22. We do not charge packing fees.
Special binder packaging
This is our updated packaging for J&T's problem areas (Cavite, where 80% of our damages are from, Bulacan, Caloocan and VisMin locations). We find it difficult to imagine inflicting bend damage to this, but we're sure it still is not perfect.This binder support is a lot harder to make because of the thickness of the board. Also, the board is not only 3x more expensive than our usual, it is also difficult to secure in the qty we need it. That being said, we do not apply this packaging to locations we feel would not need it.We use double wall 2.5mm E-flute cardboard to make the inside support (the whole piece is 5mm thick). We've extended the support to the edges of the binders. The entire setup is still held in place this way by a sheet of glassine. This is wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, then boxed. This packaging costs PHP36. We still do not charge packing fees.

We're headlining this section with this: if you are not nice, you are not receiving any form of compensation. We hold the right to refuse refunds and replacements if you're being rude and unreasonable when we're already very much willing to rectify errors and damages from couriers.No unedited unboxing video sent, no refund or replacement.And to reiterate: these damages are not our fault. We pack binders properly and adequately.
This type of damage is minimal enough and does not fall under our classification for refund/replacements.
These are minor and do not impede the usefulness of your binders and journals. Shopee checkouts are automatically part of this category.We can do a partial refund at best (max 25% depending on the severity).You can try to counter-bend the bent part of your binder or put the cover under some weight.
This type of damage is quite severe and entitles you to a refund/replacement.
If this happens to your binder, we'd offer you a refund (max 60%) or a binder replacement (discounted 50%, shipping is still to be shouldered by you.) It's been previously stated that we carry no liabilities for courier damages, but this is a very large amount of damage.Although, this is still subject to evaluation depending on how you've approached us about the damages. Please remember, the damages are still not our fault.

How long does production usually take?
We tend to stick to a one month production period for our batches, and then a 2-week shipment period afterwards.
will you make a4 binders?
Unfortunately, no. A4 is way too big for our means currently!
when are you accepting for customized orders again?
We're not sure either. Customized binders are difficult to orchestrate!
can you make binders for my faves?
Yes, with restrictions. We'll try to introduce new groups and designs once every two or so months! Watch out for our group polls!

You can 100% host a group order for your country, please just be sure to DM us beforehand so we can segregate your orders from local ones.
We do, however, operate with restrictions due to the poor shipping conditions in the Philippines right now. Things are especially worse in my city specifically.
The order process is exactly the same, as illustrated in the previous menu. We prefer that you be the one to order from our website to avoid errors, and so that the order receipt and confirmation gets sent directly to your email.
We do not ship directly to you unless you're from Asia.
You need a Philippine proxy/consol address we will ship to. They will then handle forwarding to your country.The advisable forwarding service of your items from us to your PH proxy is GGX. Please bring this up with them when making arrangements.EMS is not available to Malaysia, SIngapore and Macao as of March 2022.
The 50/50 payment method cannot apply to international orders.
Due to currency restraints as well as the usual big number of orders from GOMs, we cannot implement the 50/50 payment scheme to international group orders. Payment on or before the stated DOP is necessary.
We only accept payments in PHP, USD and CAD.
Your available payment methods are Gcash, bank transfers and Paypal. If paying via Paypal, please send via friends and family. We need a portion of your payment for processing and production!

Where would we have been without these.Journal preorders will mostly happen via shopee direct, after a Twitter announcement of the preorder. Waiting times are still around 20-30 days (a little quicker than Twitter preorders, that's for sure!) but regardless, you'll be guaranteed wonderful journal sets and inclusions.Our tentative preorder date is set to June 15th. Mane. She's the only reason G was able to pull together the crazy production amounts thanks to her organized spreadsheets.Always very reliable. Able to keep up with G's random giveaways she's a little too busy to draw winners for. Enthusiastic about her job. G loves her to bits.
